Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Options and Timeframes

    • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination.

    • Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery within 2-5 business days at an additional cost. Please select this option during checkout.

    • Free Shipping: Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Oversized items or custom orders may not qualify.

  2. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These charges will be displayed at checkout.

  3. Order Tracking

    • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Use this to monitor your package through the courier’s website.

  4. Damaged or Missing Items

    • If your shipment arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours. Retain all original packaging and provide photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  5. Delivery Challenges

    • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or inability to receive the shipment, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs. Items returned due to failed delivery will be processed as per our Returns Policy.
